Meet Sadie with Clementine Cupcake Company!
Sadie started Clementine Cupcake Company in 2008 after serving her fresh baked from scratch cupcakes at her son Asher's 1st birthday party. "I thought it would be a fun creative outlet that I could do for friends and family a couple times a month while still being a stay at home mom. Little did I know how fast it would take off and how popular Clementine's would become!" Sadie was featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine in July 2009 for winning the "Calling All Cupcakes" recipe contest and has continued to build her company and demand for her sweet treats in SLO county ever since. Launching her mobile cookie cafe this fall, she is bringing her organic cookies and cupcakes to the public. "I offer everything as an '&' because what goes better together than cookies & milk or cake & ice cream? With the launch of Clementine's mobile cafe, I can bring my customer the best of the best: all organic fresh baked Clementine Cupcake Company cookies and cupcakes paired with 100% organic ice cream, coffee, and milk. I have been doing dessert for special events for years now, but with those I usually set up the dessert display and am gone before the guests enjoy it. With the mobile cafe, I can interact with my customers and enjoy the experience with them." Sadie thinks it is also great to be able to experience and share this with her son, Asher and daughter, Alaska since they are old enough now to not only enjoy the desserts, but also learn about entrepreneurship, turning a vision into a reality, and paving your own path to success in business.

Meet Dolly with Lilly James Co.
Founded in 2011, Lilly James Co. is the brain child of local artist Dolly Severy. Drawing on her love of color and pattern combined with a knack for exploring texture, Dolly creates one-of-a-kind items from her home base located in a 1920s bungalow in beautiful Paso Robles. When asked what her inspiration is, she says she finds joy in creating for others. This joy is evident in the fine details of her baby gifts and the chunky fibers of her crocheted projects. Married in 2008 to her high school crush, the happy couple have two beautiful children together. When Dolly isn't creating she loves sharing her passion of good food and great wine with her family and friends.
