We're so excited for our upcoming Pop Up Shop and ZC Crew Pick Up Party on Saturday, Nov. 7th! We've asked some of our favorite local vendors to come share their unique wares with you in time for the holiday season. Over the next couple weeks, we'll be sharing a little more about each vendor with you.
Meet Jessie from The Pairing Knife. He will be providing delicious bites paired with your November ZC Crew wines on Saturday, Nov. 7th!
Jessie Rivas Jr. was born and raised in Bakersfield. He realized his love for cooking while working at Luigi's Restaurant & Deli. He and his wife, Stacey, soon moved to San Francisco where he attended and graduated from the California Culinary Academy. He spent 18 years raising his family and building his culinary career in San Francisco working in restaurants, as a private and corporate caterer, on a food truck which was converted from an old school bus, and most recently, a culinary expert for Williams-Sonoma. He and his family moved to San Luis Obispo in 2013 to start a business of his own, The Pairing Knife, a catering company and mobile food kitchen. He is passionate about his food and loves sharing his knowledge and passion with everyone he meets.
