If you have been following the last couple of posts, I have been busy painting and building. First we started with a tasting room make-over, and now finishing up with our new barn-"Big Red".
We decided to triple the square footage of the crush pad to give us some room for the new sorting tables, and some added room for barrel work. The barn will be utilized as overflow during harvest, and I have equipped it with night air cooling and extra insulation, so it doesn't just look cool, it is cool.
Another added benefit of the barn is an office(this one has a window!) for me. I cant wait to move it out of the case storage warehouse!
