Zenaida Cellars Wine Club Ship Members Survey
We are looking for feedback from our members as we are being forced to change our shipping schedule due to the ordinance enacted in San Luis Obispo County mandating the discontinuance of the use of polystyrene (styrofoam). Zenaida Cellars will no longer be able to ship wine to you in the foam shippers with the ice packs to protect the wine from the heat of the summer months. We welcome discontinuing the use of styrofoam products, however, it does cause some adjusting on our end.
We have a couple of options that we are considering to avoid shipping the wine club in the late spring, summer, and early fall months when it is simply too hot to ship wine, and are looking for your input on which is the preferable choice. Each option still includes each member receiving the same 16 bottles per year. These options are described in detail below. We will go with the option that receives the most positive response. Please respond once per club membership. Thank you for your continued wine club membership. We appreciate your flexibility while we navigate the changes required with complying to this new ordinance. Receive your Zenaida Cellars Wine Club Shipments Twice per Year
For this option, we will ship you 8-bottles in April and 8-bottles in November. The April shipment will include the wines we would have sent out in February and May. The November shipment will include the wines we would have sent out in August and November shipments.
Receive your Zenaida Cellars Wine Club Shipments Three Times per Year
This option includes a 4-bottle shipment in February, a 4-bottle shipment in April, and an 8-bottle shipment in November. The November shipment will include the wines we would have sent out in August and November shipments.
