Harvest is underway. In this video we are processing Syrah. First you can see Tyler sorting out leaves and other MOG (material other than grapes). Then the fruit drops into the de-stemmer where it is....um, de-stemmed, then sorted again by Kevin for any wayward stems. I am videographing and driving the lift. watch this video
